We start with high quality cacao beans which are fermented to enhance their rich, intense flavour. To maintain the depth of nutrients, harvesting is by hand and processing is kept to the bare minimum – the natural cacao butter is simply removed and the remaining cacao delicately dried and finely ground to a rich powder.
An organic superfood with naturally occurring nutrients of iron, magnesium, phosphorous and manganese. Cacao beans contain more antioxidants than red wine and 3 times more than green tea.

Add to milk and sweeten with a little honey for a rich hot chocolate, or use in baking as a healthier alternative to Cocoa, just bear in mind that it’s not sweetened and has a richer, more bitter chocolate taste.
